Concentrative Meditation
Focus on the Universal Heart Mandala below. Consciously try to clear your mind of creeping thoughts. Acknowledge the thoughts if they come into your mind, notice what they are but do not judge them, just gently push them away and return your focus to the mandala. Try to do this for 5 minutes initially, then build up.

This is where we really begin to gain control of the mind and thus we can understand from this how we can create our own realities by the thoughts that we chose.

If you also wish to receive energy whilst doing this meditation, remain open to receiving it - the mandala is energised.

If at any point you feel uncomfortable, stop meditating and ground yourself.
